Mitsubishi Electric FR-E800

Mitsubishi’s multi-purpose inverter range is designed to save energy and minimize costs in a complete package that encompasses quality, performance and predictive maintenance capabilities.

  • The FR-E800’s compact design controls 3-phase motors up to 10HP (expansions available) at 200V, 400V and 600V
  • Dual overloading rating with light duty (LD) and normal duty (ND) overload current ratings
  • Auto-tune to IM and PM motors to save setup time and on-site support
  • The FR-E800 features the built in and fully customizable MELSEC 2K Step PLC that reduces need for internal components and saves panel space
  • Connect multiple inverters and create a small-scale system through the VFD’s via Ethernet Protocols. Communication is carried out through the inputs/outputs and built-in PLC.
  • The FR-E800 can operate in temperatures from -20°C to 60°C (-5 to 140°F). The control card is conformal coated to withstand harsh environments.
  • The FR-E800 system is designed to identify signs of corrosion. Operatives receive a notification whenever there are signs of damage and chances of potential unplanned down time.
 

Mitsubishi Electric iQ-F Series: The FX5U PLC CPU

The FX5U is the flag ship, high end model controllers of Mitsubishi Electric’s iQ-F series offering high performance in a compact and cost-effective package. The FX5U follows Mitsubishi Electric’s FX legacy family offering complete flexibility along with a wider range of new add-on options further enhancing the analogue functions, communication, high speed I/O and expansion options. The high-speed system bus communication brings out the maximum performance of the expansion devices equipped with intelligent functions providing users the option for more powerful systems with fewer overall components and setup time.

  • Control Scale: 32 to 384 points. Maximum 512 points including CC-Link, AnyWireASLINK and Bitty series remote I/O
  • Program Memory: 128k steps
  • Built-in analogue input/output
  • Built-in SD Memory Card Slot: Maximum 16 GB (SD/SDHC Memory Card)
  • Built-in Ethernet Port: 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX. Supports socket communication, remote maintenance and SLMP communication.
  • Built-in RS-485 Port that connects up to 16 units on Inverter Communication and 32 units on MODBUS Communication, including other PLCs, sensors, temperature controllers
  • Programming Software: GX Works 3
 

Mitsubishi Electric iQ-F Series: The FX5UJ PLC CPU

The more compact version of the flagship FX5U series, the FX5UJ excels in cost performance and can be used in any settings. Features the built-in functions of the FX5U and increased ease of use in a wide range of applications. The FX5UJ has an SD memory card slot, built-in USB (mini-B) connector, and built-in Ethernet port as a standard. Additionally, built-in functions such as positioning and highspeed counters are added ease of use.

  • Control Scale: 24 to 256 points. Maximum 256 points including CC-Link, AnyWireASLINK and Bitty series remote I/O
  • Program memory: 48 K steps
  • 34 ns instruction execution speed (LD, MOV instruction)
  • Built-in Input/output function
  • Built-in SD Memory Card Slot: Maximum 16 GB (SD/SDHC Memory Card)
  • Built-in Ethernet Port: 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX. Supports socket communication, remote maintenance and SLMP communication
  • Built-in USB connector: Mini-B. Maximum 12 Mbps data transfer speed. Connects with GX Works3 with a single cable
